Wargaming does NOT want new players

Alternatively any line with a lot of shared modules.  I understand why you may be frustrated, but you're so wholly missunderstanding and missplacing the issue here. You're trying to make the game something it isn't. It's a F2P progression game that needs to introduce difficulty somewhere or people get bored or leave. This game has improved the speed of that learning curve dramatically. The fact you get 100% crew at tier 1, x2 crew xp, a free premium for credit grinding and prem time... AND the platoon bonus and referral bonus.  I would imagine you need to take 2 steps. Platoon with him to show him the maps and to help him navigate battles. STOP platooning with him to allow your friend to get used to the game alone and to give him a break on the platoon mm.  

eekeeboo: In other words a company that wants new players to pay and invest in the game so the company can make money to stay alive and not just monetise the same players forever and ever or go bust? It sounds like such a strange business model to some people.
