unlocked you can go to TankRewards.com to select the prize you
would like in this tier. You are awarded (1) prize per tier you
unlock. These prizes will be credited to your account as soon as
you've selected them (there may be a slight delay). Note that after
selecting a prize, your points do not change and continue
accumulating.

Oh and one of the missions can only be done in tier 9 or 10
tanks. Not everybody has tier 9 or 10 tanks. So I think you
need to go back to the drawing board Wargaming.eekeeboo: The point is to play as you would normally and get goodies
while you do. Free things are free things, the alternative is no
missions and no rewards as before?
