Surely that's what I'll do from now on!eekeeboo: As I mentioned, you applied the coupon the first attempt,
the first payment attempt did not go through and you tried to apply
the coupon again but it was not eligible. That is why you still see
the coupon because it wasn't used/applied. To be able to use it now
and to ensure you are not out of pocket, contact support, apply for
a refund and then go through the purchasing system again but please
ensure correct payment details and application of the coupon.
