eekeeboo:   So far you have said:    I asked if them if they follow the rules.  The answer was yes.  You asked again and again.  Still closed with an answer that all rules and laws are followed.    Please be aware spamming support with the same question looking for a different answer to the same question when it was quite specific that legal obligations are followed as would be expected of a sizeable multinational company.

eekeeboo:   I thought we agreed on a pro bono basis?      14:44 Added after 2 minutes

I asked several times why their rules outweigh Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital goods - i wasn't really expecting the result to be in my favour, but my point was that they just avoided the question (multiple times) and then just closed the ticket before we could get to the bottom of it (even if it wasn't in my favour).   hope that makes sense?

eekeeboo:   Now we're back. In this case when you make a purchase you are required to actively tick the terms and conditions of the purchase and it highlights a full refund is offered if the item is unused. You may be interested to read the law on customer satisfaction and refund specifically that the case is not as clear cut as you believe and there are many exemptions.
