eekeeboo:   1) World of Warships didn't, it's got a very different approach to things, World of Warplanes originally was more in line with WoT.  2) It may be a perception, and that's why giving you a fact is viewed as condescending, the fact is game development is not a speedy process, especially when you have different departments working on different projects.  3) Refer above, you may work in the field, but do you work in specific game development. You say software engineer but this is a very small part of a big process, and you will know the limited impact your role has on the overall team you work with.  4) MM templates are developed from scratch, then they're tested individually, then you assess the effect, then you check nothing breaks on other tiers and other templates, then you check again and before you progress any further you check if it breaks again and what conditions does it continue to work. I'm sure you're familiar with this process in quality control.    I haven't avoided a single question, whether difficult or easy. If I can answer I will, if it's not allowed to share the info I won't. This has been the same throughout. That's why I'm still here replying and giving extensive responses despite the accusatory tone.
