I'm guessing you've also got peak demand times, but it's
reasonable to expect an internal comms network that also caters for
swift escalation to enable swift de-escalation. I get that you're
playing the hand you're dealt though. What WG don't seem
very good at is that internal decision making when looking from the
outside in. Otherwise mini-dramas like this would get sorted pretty
quickly.eekeeboo: Please be aware of French work laws and how that works, and
I work during those peak gaming hours. In this case I'm still here
out of office and this was an issue out of office hours. The rest
is for emergency services not a 24/7 support hotline.
And the mini dramas like this can happen because not everyone
responds to rule enforcement so positively and believe the best way
to resolve a situation is to antagonise the rule enforcer and
giving a million more reasons to keep the rule and enforce
others.

Honestly, the support we have received here has been overwhelming,
but it seems the cause may now be lost. Personally, I will
continue to grow this excellent clan of people as they are all my
friends and I appreciate the hard work they put in attempting (and
sometimes succeeding) to please their ExOs. 
I appreciate everything
everyone has said, and take the more negative ones with a pinch of
salt. Now it's time to go blow some **** up and enjoy the
