understand your role in the company and such so no need to start
mud slinging or anything. But it's sorta like me buying a new
car and they include weekly pressure washing of the outside of the
car. They put it down as a £50 service, but they drive the
car across the street to the company that does it for £8 to the
public. Sure they might pay out £420 a year but it's not
£2,600. On top of that they probably get it as a discounted
rate too. I do like how you admit that your giving players
"actual value" for things you don't really want... But yea,
whatever.. I honestly don't mind the people who
overpay, part of that comes back to me (for hopefully, more
free stuff in the free gaming), part of it probably goes back to
you (in a profit bonus, at least, it should). Doesn't stop me
telling people the truth tho. I have put through leaflets
explaining WiFi passwords before (WEP doesn't cut it), and even
spoken to neighbours about changing insurance, telco, and energy
suppliers... While you can help people know ways to do things
better, you cant force them to understand or take part. I
knew a lady that recently got rid of her TV, she's been "Renting"
it for about 20 years lol.... Anyhow, let people buy
the tank and get their "value"... I still think they should just go
to work and then play a bit and buy it when they are only paying
30% for it... Take the money they saved and save up for a RipSaw or
SHERP.eekeeboo: But in the terms of giving away, for the car sales the
equipment and credits is essentially giving free fuel and tyres.
All the items given in addition are items that are calculated as
worth in terms of either player time or monetary value like 500k
credits for equipment is numerous games at tier 6 or numerous games
on tier 8. One of those encourages premium time and premium tank
sales. And I don't want to stop providing you
feedback, as mentioned part of my job is to be the one explaining,
giving info and putting into perspective the business decisions
which are not always favourable from the player standpoint. And yes
working a job would be probably faster for some, but not everyone
is able to or in a position to work for this currently, this is a
campaign to include and reward everyone for playing
OtherPlans, on 23 February 2019 - 08:57 AM, said: I used to collect tanks, man. Got everything you could ever
get, up until I played the Progetto marathon... That's when I broke
and I could not take take it anymore with where the game and it's
balance ended up. You are right, there is more than one
reason to get a tank. But, the longer you play WoT and the better
you try to get at the game, the more you will only play (and/or
buy) tanks that are OP. You won't care about some Chinese bulldog
that looks cool and would be a nice addition to your collection.
You'll just get something like an LT-432 because FL is on and you
met it on the enemy team and shot it with your WZ-132 with auto-aim
and it frequently bounced on that light tank, but never (or
infrequently) on others. Anyway, I only wanted to voice my
opinion here because that's what the forum is for, in the end. And
because the forum is only a small group of the whole community,
I'll also be expressing my opinion (as a former tank collector)
with my wallet. I won't be buying this bundle because, although I
understand it's price is a reflection of what it contains, there's
just too much extra besides the tank. It should have been way less
or, if WG did not want to fill the MM with this tank by making the
package too cheap or the missions too easy, then maybe they should
not have made a marathon for this tank at all. I'm also
gonna try to express my dislike of this marathon by not playing
anything above tier 5. I wish to take no part in the marathon at
all. Lastly, thank you eek for being one of the most
responsive CMs this forum has ever seen. I wish this level of
commitment to the role was as visible in other departments of WG.eekeeboo: This is fair enough, the longer I played tanks the less I
cared about my stats, it's why I played and partook in the intel
cpu challenge before I started working for WG, I got the challenge
in a different way. And I understand and appreciate you sharing
your opinion, it's also sharing my own with people who may not take
the time to realise and to counter some of the negativity at the
least
We can't always agree, but I
will always respect your opinions (as long as they're informed and
have basis)
. Good luck with your games!

For me, too, this is without doubt the most trashy marathon ( until
now): the moment where I JUST STOP trying to do them. The
difference between tank gold value and bundle value is just too
important to make it worthy. The inflation of the bundle with
totally trashy directives, makes the offer so much more
unappealing. If you want to make profit, which is more than ok, you
MUST offer interesting items to clients, or you will dissapear:
this is pure capitalist logic. But offering players such a trashy
bundle will result in a commercial failure for WG, and as such,
will not be repeatead in the future, not to such extent (i can
guarantee for that). This marathon is a moment in game where WG
tended the rope just too, much. People will refuse, like me,
massively to buy this tank, which will decide WG to loosen the
monetary-grip and improve the future marathon offers to an
acceptable level. And now a message to ekeeboo and dev team:
- i know that german line is about to be revised(at least tiger II
line) but the arrival of wheeled "tanks" has a probably unexpected
effect on the German light line who is becoming even more useless.
I am talking about tanks such as SPIC and HWK with VERY LOOOOW
shells velocity. Unless WG will decide to rapidely increase
the horrendeous shell velocity and aim time for such tanks, which
may HAVE BEEN adapted in the NON-wheeled game context, those tanks
will become utterly frustrating, unplayable in the new meta and
those lines will be completely even more deserted by players. I
estimate that for SPIC and HWK alone, the necessary shell velocity
increase should be of a bit more than 200 m/s. eekeeboo: I've gathered all the feedback and it's on the way, but this
won't be in the near future you'll see change, things like this can
take time!

PURPOSE.I'm on the 5th one and I had 6 out of 8 on the mastery requirements. (do 20% on the dmg your team does)
I do a high caliber on my VK7021 so I was sure I did it 7/8 and went next game and did a high caliber with my FV4005. I check then to see the next mssion AND I SEE I'M STILL ON THE 5TH WITH 7/8 WHAT THE HELL I'M SENDING A TICKET AND I BETTER NOT GET A BOT REPLY Do you care WG or is this your doing also? Marathon is already very long, why do I have to play extra games cause of your (maybe) bugs? Am I completing the missions for mastery too fast for you??
eekeeboo: Please send a ticket and provide a screenshot with evidence.
I know there have been one or two reports of a mission bug but I've
been waiting to hear a confirmation they've fulfilled the mission.
So again please send replay and screenshot. Thank-you.
hipper101, on 24 February 2019 - 09:09 AM, said: Team balance is the problem of the MM. Getting 5 -6 players with
less then 2000PR vs a team of players that are all above 6000+ PR
.... and the u get 30% win rate . AND then i got to read from other
players that my winrate is crap. Well sadly either i got no luck to
be always top tier or i have to give the WGRnG god more €€€ to get
a better winrate. Anyways this is THE worst marathon as
winning is just a matter of luck & rng. Would be better to stick to
base xp all the way in stages.eekeeboo: There is no buying better winrate or RNG. Just to
clarify once again.

cant understand why are people unhappy when tank is given for free
or for little effort ??!!People if you dont wont to play than dont play wot or at least for the time of marathons.
eekeeboo: The only way I know they're non constructive is to read
them
