Banning people from Campaign results and other Punishments

eekeeboo: Something we're working on for the next campaign is clearer rule sets to prevent any future instances of this. As it stands no further actions being taken because you need concrete and solid proof of wrongdoing, not speculation to carry out a punishment. That being said, we're looking to improve the system for the next time around.
