The supports inability to remove auto-bans is stupid

I sent my review replay to the support who then said, that the other player was indeed trolling, but theyre unable to lift the ban. Sorry for any confusion caused
eekeeboo: I can assure you, 4 months is not something for a light
infringement or just an auto trigger. This is a consequence of
something more severe/sinister and as such the support will not
lift the ban. I also believe the frequency of these naughty bans
may have been within the past 2 years. Having checked
this to be sure, I know the number of bans you received and I also
know what caused this ban, I can assure you there will be no
lifting of the ban for obvious reasons
