It was because the Centurion 5/1 was available, If that hadn't come
around I'd still have the FV 4202, and after the buffs I found it
perfectly capable as a support medium tank. It's maybe not
the best, but a medium tier 8 tank in 3/5/7 is a tough gig at the
moment. People need to disassociate how a tank
performs in the most challenging situation, which for this tank is
bottom tier in 3/5/7 and how it performs generally. The issue I see
though in many peoples' minds is that they feel 3/5/7 puts them
bottom tier a disproportionate number of games and so you've really
got to stretch the tank to make it perform in the long run.
That's a MM issue through and not a tank issue. As the tank does
what it says on the tin. I'd still rather take the Progetto 46 into
battle though.eekeeboo: Very good point, well thought out and stated. Thank
you. I kept the FV4202 personally because I have fond
memories of it at tier 10!
