eekeeboo: Hi guys, I know this is frustrating, I can assure you my in-box and my discord is slightly on fire.    These things are unpleasant but until i know more I can't advise or change things unfortunately.    It's difficult to get a moderator in-game chat as you've noticed the hour and the time, it's difficult to share more info.
