lowerplate. I dont mind gun buff, Id like to see every tanks gun
buffed but thats just fantasy. I just dont get lower plate, if you
can call it lowerplate, buff, its just removing any chance of
penning it for lower tiers and leaving as it is, is not making tank
weakeekeeboo: If you notice the particular part of the armour that was
buffed, it's not about being penetrated frontally but the damage
received from things like splash damage.

is right to buff and what not, but hey lets buff armour
*edited* eekeeboo: Please read and consider what is being changed,
thank-you.

reward, more people want it, play the game, get more tanks, premium
to complete mission etc etc. They dont care about the data ... and
the lack of it. And you avoiding the question with even more
questions, sarcasm and [edited]hints really made me sure im right.
eekeeboo: Precisely my point, you have no intention of a discussion or
open to anything other than your already formed biased and
uninformed opinion. I'm happy to discuss and answer a question if a
person is going to actually read it, acknowledge it and then
consider it, not just dismiss it by not reading because it doesn't
fit their own opinion. For that I have no patience or time to be
drawn into a petty argument when there are people who are going to
want to discuss and have an adult conversation on this.
blockypanzer, on 20 January 2019 - 08:01 AM, said: Yes, don't insult our intelligence please. We're not having a
problem understanding that you are buffing its resistance to HE
because it takes a lot of its damage from that ammo type. We're not
having touble understanding that you're buffing the gun handling
because it's a bit derpy. What we're having huge trouble
understanding is why you think its acceptable to be buffing the
Ob279e in these areas, such as to remove some of the vehicles ONLY
weaknesses on the battlefield. A balanced tank should have a
mixture of strengths and weaknesses. If it has no major weaknesses,
it follows it should have few major strengths. The Ob279e has huge
strengths in multiple areas, mostly concentrated in its incredibly
strong frontal and turret armour, lack of any frontal weakspots,
and punchy high DPM gun. It follows that a tank like this (one
which is already performing exceptionally well) should not need, or
even be allowed, to have things like solid gun handling,
accuracy, and resistance to arty/HE. These weaknesses are what
was keeping this vehicle from being totally invincible on the
battlefield. Judging from the tank's winrate, these weaknesses
aren't enough to offset its huge strengths either, and you plan on
REMOVING some of them? And do NOT say that winrate
isn't reflective of whether the tank is OP. I'm well aware only
experienced players own this tank, but you know which other vehicle
is only played by strong players? The Object 907, which is sitting
a whole 8% lower on winrate at 57%. Typically, if a tank was 8%
lower in winrate than other tanks of its tier, it would be
considered totally underpowered. Not the 907, it's the 2nd highest
winrate of all tier X vehicles, and is widely considered to be
overpowered, or it was until the 279e reared its ugly head. The 907
may be played by the best, but it undeniably has better overall
stats than the Object 140 for the current meta and map design, and
the 140 is almost undeniably the best medium on the regular tech
trees. It's fair to say, putting it mildly, that the Object 907 is
an incredibly strong vehicle, yet the Object 279e's 8% better
winrate just makes it look insignificant. It's time to
stop lying through your teeth about "data" telling you these buffs
were needed. Your playerbase is not as dumb as you'd like to
believe, and it seems we care more about the future of this game
than its own creators at this point. Everyone can see there is no
grounds for improving easilly the strongest tank the game has ever
seen, and your attempts to deflect the community outrage are coming
across as thinly veiled contempt for us all. (your comments about
getting a new mouse or visiting the opticians if you keep missing
the tiny cupola on the vehicle? That was pure contempt for player
concerns, and dismissing the reality of the situation.) I
don't even know why we're bothering to fight you on this though. We
are only going to see another Object 268v4 situation (funny how all
the OP tanks are Russian Objects, eh?) whereby you talk about
buffing it, you deny it's OP, and eventually nerf it quietly after
enough people have reached it and your profits have been
made. Final note: if you love data so much, maybe look
at the player numbers prior to the holiday event cashgrabbing. They
might put some of your recent decisions into perspective.eekeeboo: You speak about intelligence, insults and lying. Yet you've
breached 2 out of 3 of those. For your information, I STRONGLY
suggest you actually read what's being said, what's being objected
against in the thread before you wade into the middle. You'll note
how many complaints at the gun and those of the armour. If a person
I'm replying to has complained at the armour increase, then you can
guess the topic I'm referring to. Just actually read and take note
of what you quote and tell me how you inferred gun damage
discussion from something clearly discussing the armour.
I've never called the playerbase "Stupid" but you're further
highlighting an issue with some of the playerbase (in this
instance, you) who simply DO NOT read, DO NOT take the time to
think about what's being said, only count the words until they can
respond to type their opinion with more insults, expletives and
given the option with more assertation everyone else is wrong if it
doesn't fit their opinion. This is further highlighted
with player numbers, I'm interested in how you get this when the
player numbers were high over Christmas, was it because it's the
holidays and people have more time to play. Is it just player
numbers that determine the success of an event or is too the amount
of players who played frequently and purchased something
in-game? 16:07 Added after 0 minutes

Tiger II, chinese meds, nerfing OP Type 4/5 HE prem ammo, 430u or
removing arty. https://youtu.be/Z35RjbsQ2Pkeekeeboo: All things highlighted coming in 2019 part of other changes,
thank-you for considering this in your post.
