improving FPS as much as stabilizing the FPS.

Like i said before i can see a game where every tank is basically
the same, all can damage each other because every tank has clear
and visible weak spots that can be penetrated by every tank in the
match with the cheapest ammo. But it also has sense where the tanks
are distinct with a clear and wide gap between them so you have
very fast tanks and very slow tanks, tanks with high firepower and
tanks with almost no ability to damage other enemies on its own,
tanks that can be spotted from outer space and tanks that
can't be seen even when you almost step on them and so on. But
never something in between where one tank can take multiple roles.
Sure there may be too many tanks in the game and you can't divide
them to retain that perception of different between them. Make more
the same or delete some, either way is bad. Most
important just stop adding new ones. It all
depends on your vision and the rules set as limitations. But
we need clear rules, clear roles and not a mush from both examples
i gave without any logic besides the time excuse. Well if you need
time to review stuff and devs don't have that time to cover
everything. Maybe it's time for drastic measures and rebalance
everything without any feedback from us or current game state.
Rebalance everything according to your game vision regardless of
backlash. Take the hit if it's the case but restart from fresh
again.eekeeboo: This is something I/we are working on and continue to plan
to work on. Part of my absence this week was beginning to trial new
projects and bring new things to fruition. Unfortunately, these
things take time and a lot of work, I can't promise when you will
see these things, changes, and information, but I can say we're
working on it and plane to improve on greatly this year.
So for an example, you mention with tank roles, it's not
always going to be possible when you consider the playstyle changes
that take place throughout the life-span of a tech tree line,
whether from low tier to mid-tier or even all the way up to tier
10. Like the Russian mediums and the British tanks. Something we
want to work on is bringing more information and explanations to
everyone. Part of our challenge is getting information to all the
players, some know all these others not, but it's important we
don't neglect anyone. So videos and guides and articles and all
these things are plans. I know this isn't answering you
directly, but I wanted to give you a reason why I am unable to give
you what you want right now and definitely not provide the level of
information I would like to at the same time. I can say we're
working at changing this, part of that is you will notice a very
personal approach to my responses vs "company/corporate" style of
language in appeasement.
