Cause the CS just sended some copy paste answer and I cant really
be bothered to keep opening it. And looking at the answers
above it is not just me who has a problems as I also mentioned to
CS in the ticket.eekeeboo: I'm afraid the fastest way is to actually re-open the ticket
so that it re-escalates to then get another response.
