eekeeboo: RNG is exactly what it is, that's why it's called RNG. It's not FNG. Random is at its core, chaotic and unpredictable.    RNG adds challenge and an element of unpredictability to the game, it stops things being a case of simple math and knowing exactly what you'll do. If you look at the accuracy it affects are more pronounced over an increased distance, the aim being.... not encouraging 100% accuracy and sitting back and sniping as far away as possible.    You can do with your money as you wish, it's your money. But that doesn't affect that the game has randomness in the game to prevent routine kicking in.
