eekeeboo: Just going to highlight that MoE is based on very different community/player base numbers than your win rate. The times of holidays or periods where most players will perform poorly in their vehicles are usually good times to start the MoE grind as the average will be lower.    That's all there is to it, unfortunately, you don't need tinfoil here, just understanding of how one set of values does not correlate to another.
