Its rigged or just punishment?

eekeeboo: I need to point it out AGAIN in an official capacity: No rigged/rigging or any element of punishment because you've been doing well, think about that, just a little. Punishing players for having fun.... Then add in, if it was possible to actively do this then how on Earth would we not use such systems for skill-based MM or other systems?
