Wargaming: Bring Back The Old World of Tanks Petition

I as a player do not care what happens behind the screen nor in the server rooms. I want a fun, exciting game experience. The 1.0 update did not bring much of that imho. My screen looks somewhat the same, but soap physics became a reality.    2) So 1.0 "needed" the maps to physically change? What a strange thing. Very strange indeed. One day perhaps someone that has the competence to explain why can come along and tell they needed to change the map layouts because of the new game engine?    3) The fact is that so many do care, but that WG does not seem to but hide behind "it is too hard". You have tweaked the MM to only allow for so many arties in each and every game. Set that numer to zero for a while and see what happens. I know, I know. I am not competent and propably too daft to understand the mysterious ways of making a computer game work, You have made that point quite clear. But that does not change the simple fact that arty is the most hated single component in this game, way before prem ammo.    4) The current MM is a mess because it pitches vehicles against too hard opponents due to overbuffs to some vehicles. Change MM to +-1 and perhaps you are on the track to something.    5) I have specifically mentioned "just before the old ELC got nerfed". Twice. If you want to know the 9.x number I will have to ask you to look it up. Because I cannot remember.    6) The prem ammo changes are opposed by other players. Did you take a poll?    7) And nope, the old ELC was not OP. It was, in fact, the easiest tank to 3 mark (heck, it is the only tank I ever will get 3 marks on). This because it was hard to play, but those that could play it played it extremely well. Most others just rushed past it to climb up the ladder. You can tell your colleagues that there are probably not so few of us that would buy it as a prem tank if it was restored to old stats, and old MM.    I understand that WG loves to decide what tanks that should be OP. Maus. Type 5. Obj 268-4. And not to mention the fastest "heavy" in game: Obj 430U.  Reducing the impact of prem ammo will give exactly those tanks a nice buff.

eekeeboo:   1) You do need them to be smarter because you said work faster/quicker. There's only so much speed and so many hours you can work with. You don't care how things arrive, you care at the product you get. But the fact remains is that both things are the same thing.  2) When you change engine, you change the way the maps will be textured. Map destructible and objects need to be updated etc. So yes they needed changing, the "old" maps were balanced over a very long time with specific placement of bushes, the perfect place for a destructible wall or object, it takes time to get maps perfect.  3) "WG" doesn't hide behind it's too hard, we/I have explained it's not as easy as you suggest when you say, just turn it off. It's not as easy as pressing a button or disabling something, there's more to it for more people than just you and what you want. You say the single most hated, that's what you see, what I see are a multitude of things, people will voice dislike for artillery but not that they love it.  4) This system for MM has always been the same that's why tanks are balanced carefully and over time looking at as much data as possible.  5) The ELC was changed numerous times and was still OP before the most recent iteration.  6) WG did gather multiple sources of information, did I personally? No, why? Because I've been working on World of Tanks for 2.5 weeks with a 2 week holiday now.  7) The ELC punched way above it's own weight. It was easy to 3 mark because it was low tier and easy to farm damage with. If it wasn't OP, the data wouldn't have flagged it up as such.  8) There's more to balancing than just the way round hit the tank, there are far more tanks going to be affected by the changes than the one you list. When you change something like this, there's the potential for even more balancing.
