eekeeboo:   It's always better to tailor the answer to the question for a specific individual. I can say how to win will usually involve:   1) Don't be afraid to lose your hp to keep a teammate alive.  2) Finish low hp tanks that are a bigger threat than high hp tanks who can't pen you or teammate.  3) Never defend a lost or abandoned flank alone, it's brave and admirable but in the end, futile.  4) Though contradicting above, sometimes you need to have a bad game to win the game by enabling your team to have a good game you sometimes need to be the one who loses.  5) Choosing the right time to push and fall back.    There are more, but those are generic, if there's a replay you can generally see the pattern of behaviour a person has and how to help them play more for the win vs more for the damage of self gain.
