They just close threads, sometimes even random ones that were dead since weeks (Do they have to close at least X threads per month?). They don't know their own forum rules and construct them as they wish - very prominent: The naming and shaming rule, which sometimes counts on random replays and even on screenshots with names removed. They don't know when to make an exception and close all threads that somehow are about MM or arty, even when it's an elaborate non-whine one that deserves some space. Countless other examples, but that should be enough for now. I don't want to be seen as the old whiner again...
