It would be understandable, if the refreshed recruitment program was just around the corner or 1 patch from now.... but in the current situation, where it isn't and you're going to reset all the progress for current players, you're just making fun from us (or counting on money rain). 

I hope, that Russian players will do a bigger rant about that case on the Russian cluster.
