Wargaming: this is why your game is dying.

This will keep me busy for another 2-3k games, after that i'm gone. I'm not sure if you can see my history of purchases but i bought some stuff this yr, not a lot but some. X4 foundations will be fixed in 5-6 months also, EVE is calling me back, and there's this new game from the original creators of Fallout that is in space, released next yr. :)   I love the game, but the problems that it has ... it's getting to be too much. :(

eekeeboo:   The book Going Postal actually touches more than just simple marketing techniques and hyper generation (Yes I've read and own ALL the Discworld books). WG is not the Reecher Guilt, we endeavor to be Moist Von Lipwig, aim high and run at your goals. I hope you remember to return once the WG Fest announcements have been made and share your opinions :)    As for the CDC, is it the MM's fault for the play style of the tank and the way it plays or are there other things that affect it?    Buggs to those tanks or that they are/were relatively newly introduced? Like other vehicles that have statements of being strong: E25, LEF, Type 5, Maus etc. There's a bigger picture on strong and weak tanks, like the S.Conquerer.

This period is over after 5000 battles or one year. It should enable a new player to redo crew training (with gold but for free), sell tanks at full price, maybe even undo a research with XP refund. There should not be anything a new player can do wrong and learning by experimenting should be rewarded. - Ideally automate (if wanted) and or guide players through actions such as moving crew, retrain crew etc. - Remove pointless and confusing limitations (Barracks) so that new players can focus on what matters. - ... and much more.

eekeeboo:   World of Tanks has always had a pretty steep learning curve, with casual progression (for people like myself) key until you actively take the initiative to learn and get better at the game.    Making/Letting new players who don't want to learn or re-rolls begin with tier 8 Prems is an "interesting" choice... something I personally don't see anything would good come of.    The other systems you mention are ways for the game to monetise, like the barracks extension.

eekeeboo:   That promise is still being made/kept - WG Fest will release more information on things like the premium ammo change mentioned previously. When it comes to replying to topics, I literally do as much as I humanly possibly can, but my interaction and engagement also requires me to be on ALL social media platforms and other work behind the scenes you will never see but are important for communicating with players. That's why I've shared as frequently as I can about the WG fest announcement.

eekeeboo:   And those customers who don't get what they personally want, believe you don't care about their feedback. With a game/service natured around Free-to-play the divisions in those customer demographics are unbelievably huge and dynamic. The challenge we always face and accept as part of this is that we need to try and cover as many customer desires without alienating too many. The problem with places like the forums is that the forums themselves are generally a place for the most engaged and caring players and still if every person here said the same thing, still would represent a small % of the total player base. That's why representation and other information and making sure I cover as many community places as I physically can is so important.              ​
