Chat problems - Silence of the WG Staff.

No problem there (hoping this statement doesn't jinx it)   However, my friend list (and many others) isn't working at all, switching servers sometimes works, restarting the game too. but it can break after you played a battle, forcing a restart that doens't always fix it. But it's not listed, despite how widespread the issue is, giving the impression that they are either somehow not aware of it, or not looking into it (which i would doubt tho)?    Another issue that's missing is the broken platoon invites. When I finally get my friendlist working, the platoon invites (sending & receiving) are not working. Note, this isn't for everyone, quite some folks can happily join/invite others for platoons, albeit the lack of friendlist makes it challenging. people usually resolve this by joining channels & then inviting people to platoons through the channel member list. This is also not listed in the troubleshooting, which is odd (albeit it seems to affect people less, so can be happening to far less people)

dies_ari:   As far as I know, those problems are interconnected. If your friend's list isn't working correctly, the platoon invites won't either. But the suggestion with the channels is great; like that, you can create platoons (even if it is a little cumbersome).

dies_ari:   It says it works for "some" players only - so it's not a fix, just a workaround, I guess.

It's not fine to ignore the playerbase as much as possible when the stated goal of the community team is to have a level of interaction with the community. We don't get the feeling of being treated that well to begin with, and you lot not even trying to give us the impression is causing a lot of anger. Anger is not good for profit.

dies_ari:   I see what you mean. It's unfortunate that the English team decided to be off around these days ;) In general, even if we're not telling you directly, you often find known issues and suggested solutions from our friends over at customer service!
