if you have packet losses, try to set up in your firewall a new rule (for WoT.exe) with following:
UDP Range 32801-32825 and 20014
TCP Range 3128, 8081, 8088, 53, 3128, 80, 8080, 20000-25000, 32801, 32803, 443
Also be sure to allow your firewall WorldOfTanks.exe file to use UDP and TCP.
Tell me then, if it worked.
