Also gotta agree with what a few other people have said, this is a business, a lot of people are paying to play this game.. so having it go offline like this is frankly unacceptable. I'd also suggest removing that 'It went swimmingly!' post from the news section altogether.. because it didn't. Looks a bit dumb right along side the new 'Woops unscheduled maintenance!' post.
