Mixing the above up between usa and euro, will cause confusion.
When you register an account, you need to do so with an email address and user name what is not previously used on either the NA/Europe servers. Each email address and user-name is currently only allowed to be used once on the NA/EU servers jointly.
Old closed beta keys and closed beta promotional keys are no longer valid or required throughout open beta.
