Tanitha: Yeah I don't mean scouting "counts/marks" they goto the tank that
scouts a target first. Light tanks used to be able to rush in,
scout 8 tanks first, kill 1 arty before dieing 2 minutes into the
game, a ton of exp and credits earned and move onto the next tank,
and the scouts like leopards and PZIIIa's were played by vets as a
huge cash cow. Scouting like this isnt as easy now, so now the cash
and exp is in spotting for your bigger tanks while they kill the
target. As halfik posts below. It has nothing to do with the
scounting "count" of who scouted a tank first.

so you job is to spot 1-3 tanks and turn back, run away. you arti will shot - you have to wait till arti will reaload - and you are going to spot again and so on.
there is no other way to play light tanks

when you will have to play TD or HT that is on the bottom of teamlist - just stick with "big boys" - driver behind them and shot when enemy will show up. never driver alone or in 1st line if you are not in top5 in your team.
Tanitha: As he's posted, if you are the scout, and your arty hits or kills a
tank, you are getting more exp than the hitter is. Because you both
get 1/2 1/2, and you get more with being lower level. So you need
to light up the tanks for your bigger tanks to snipe, and your arty
to shoot, while avoiding their artillery in the process
(rocks/buildings) trying to get a few shots in yourself.
30-40 games later, you are in a bigger tank.
I don't find survivability much of a issue, when i die, im playing another tank in a few seconds. I find its more about doing your part for the team, and then moving onto the next game. (when i want to grind quickly) when I've finished grinding and playing a tank i want to play, in between games, I casual watch the game until its finished now, no hurry or need to grind any more.
