You don't need to use the loader/updater.
1. You can goto the wot website, click downloads, and manually download the game, and all the patches and install them. (if you haven't already)
2. Then run the game with bypassing the loader, by running the wot.exe file directly. (usually in something like c:/games/wotblablabla)
3. Hope that works.
