Tanitha: If you are having problems with the installer you can bypass
it.
I'd guess problems with the installer would be related to firewall's etc.
Reset your comp before doing the below, or control alt delete and manually shut down the running wot file.
1. Download the game, and patches manually, and install them
http://game.worldoftanks.ru/update
2. Then run the game directly, not the launcher, IE wot.exe
3. Hope it works.
