Problem with TK rules

I sad to him to stop or I kill him. After hi did that again, I shoot him.
I know that I break rules, but what can I do in situation like that?
He didn't break the rules, so I can't report him, or can I?

Tanitha: Hi Coyte, I replied this to another thread yesterday, so excuse me for copy pasting it. But its a very similar answer..

Quote Shooting/Tracking/Damaging your own team members on purpose is ban-able. This is what he did, He purposely shot and damaged and killed his team mate, thus breaking the rules, and thus got banned.
I would suspect that the Dev's took into consideration that he was provoked and decided to only ban him for two days, instead of five which is quite common for the first offense lately.
The correct procedure would have been to not break the game rules by shooting your own team. Taking a screen-cap of it, reporting it, dieing, losing the game, And then you would have been out a few K in credits for repairs, 2-3 minutes of your time, and the person who shot you on purpose would have been banned. But now instead, its likely both of you were banned because you both broke the game rules.
Killing a team member because they shot you, is not a acceptable excuse.
Neither is shooting or TKing them because they collided with you at the start of the game.
Or because they are capping and you want to kill.
Or because they drive a ARTY and you hate arty
Or because they are camping and you think they should be rushing.
Or because they called you a name in chat.
Or.... whatever reason.... You are NOT allowed to shoot your team members on purpose..
We all know accidents happen, that's a different topic.
We all know there are other options that "might" work better in the long run, like removing friendly fire all together, or, putting in a report AFker, TKer, Bot system at the end of each game. Etc Etc but that is also another topic..

Tanitha: And... The rules are.

Quote 2.1 Fair play principles
1. No intentional shooting or damaging of vehicles of your teammates.
2. No intentional blocking or pinning of vehicles of your teammates (neither from the front nor from the rear), including blocking against indestructible objects.
3. No intentional informing the enemy team (via either battle or voice chat) of allied vehicles’ location.
4. No exploitation of in-game errors and bugs for your own benefit. The player who discovered those should report to community@worldoftanks.com. You can also inform us about any bugs and errors on the corresponding forum thread.
5. No use of bots, cheats and hacking software that alters the provided source code and grants unauthorized access to game servers.

Tanitha: So the rules do cover, No intentional BLOCKING as well as damaging or team killing.
But its a little harder to "capture" in one static screenshot. perhaps you could run fraps? and include a video. Or do multiple screenshots to capture the situation.
As for sending multiple photos into WoT its not a problem, But if your Email company only allows say 500k to be attached to emails, then you probably cant send more than one very high res photo. So there is ways around that, like cutting the photos down to a decent resolution like 1024x768 etc.
