Game running very sluggish

Delete, bring up the system tools, check out your free unused ram
and processor use. After checking how much processor etc your
computer is using, then get a breakdown to see what programs are
using it.
Yesterday i logged in and played a game to find my ping was up to 400 and my fps was 5. i switched my graphics down to low and had another game, It was still the same, Then I cntrl alt deleted, and found I had a resident virus scanner (new) using 50% of my cpu and 50% of my memory.
I obviously uninstalled it..
The game has warping tanks, lag issues, etc etc at the moment, but those shouldn't be making you take 2-3 mins to load up. So id try the above for starters. Its quick and simple.
