vehicle will offer you a ton of fun in Random Battles, so you
shouldn't get it basing on what special mode is up. Of course you
know for yourself if you need a new Premium tank or not, there's no
obligatory buy in WoT and you should only get something if you're
convinced that you actually want it. However, I would say that not
getting a good vehicle you might enjoy a lot because you're unhappy
with the situation of Equipment 2.0 right now might not serve your
best interest - you might change your mind about how much you
dislike the new Equipment system, and by then, you could regret not
getting this tank.
