July Top of the Tree Special: Time to vote!

Ph3lan: Hey guys,    I have removed the K-91 from the list of tanks. It is indeed planned to arrive this month (so it will be there by July), however as a rule we are not putting unreleased tanks into the ToT vote. Sorry about that!
