A new Q&A from armored patrol

Ph3lan: Hey guys!   Looking at the post on the Armored Patrol it seems that it is based on the Q&A me and Ivana_Drago had with Andrey on last Friday. I would strongly encourage you guys to watch the recording (You can watch it HERE) instead of relying only on this transcript since just by glancing at it I can tell that some of the answers are extremely shortened, given out of context and some of them are quite inaccurate.   For example, in that Q&A at least, Andrey didn't say that the Obj 268 v4 would get a buff. What he said was that for now we are monitoring it just like with every new vehicle (and all the existing ones as well for that matter), but on the short term we have no plans to nerf it.
