thread to the ones above and the answer comes down to this:
The Defender is the same across all the servers, however none of
the other communities have had such a strong and
negative feedback about the tank as the EU one (essentially you
guys). Since there is such a strong push-back from the EU community
about this vehicle, we decided that it is better to not sell it in
EU for now. The other regions decided to put the Defender into the
store since the tank doesn't have nearly as bad of an image in
