questions you are 100% sure about. May join sometime.Ph3lan: We will try to be as open as possible. Obviously sometimes
we simply don't have the information or can't share it at the time
(like when a tank is going to be released for example), but in
cases like these we can simply tell you guys that we don't have the
information (we can find out for the next stream), we don't need to
and don't want to ignore your questions.
ZlatanArKung, on 08 November 2017 - 12:34 PM, said: Who are leading the stream? Is it you Ph3lan, or is it a
random WG staff or someone else? Otherwise, good
idea and will check in and maybe even ask a few things Ph3lan: The streams are English only for now and they are hosted
mostly by the EN team (myself, MrConway and Kandly). We might also
have some other community members join us as guests or even as
hosts occasionally. For QAs we will try to get some of our Devs and
product group members join us as well.

don't/can't put up some information about the ongoing contact-list
/ chat issues in a visible space to at least show people you are
aware of it & working on it. And no, some replies/posts on the
forum isn't enough as only a minority visits it, but the
contact-list / chat issue affects a substantial portion of the
playerbase. I know you guys can't fix it nor can you help
it, but at least make the broader community (not only forum goers)
aware that you are aware of the problem & are looking into it,
perhaps even with some updates on how it progresses on some
centralized location/thread.Ph3lan: Unfortunately we don't have much to share at this point.
Our developers are working on the problem, but it is proving
harder to solve than expected. If there is any more information to
share we will let you guys know. And you are right, this should be
posted in the announcement topic as well, I'll post it there in a
sec.
Igor_BL, on 08 November 2017 - 01:58 PM, said: What diletant topic is this?!You can open topics about FB streams, but cant handle chat/server crashes/stronghold or any other problem and bug we are expiriencing with this patch? You cant even write proper explanation and post it on this section of forum?! when i open forum, all i see under section "WG staff posts" are German, Polish or CZ staff. and kudos to those guys. Yeah, problems and bugs are "expected" and "normal" thing (even WG crossed the "normal" line 10 times with this patch)
but at least you can inform players about status, etc etc. While you Englishmen hold your head down and ignore the problem in general. Another lame move. You dont know how to prirotize problems. Which you have double-digit number in the last month or more.
And no signs of the ending those.
Ph3lan: Please see above. The streams are actually a great tool
for us to reach out to the players, give them more information and
update them in "real time". For example if I am not mistaken I
already gave an update about the the chat and personal mission
situation in yesterday's stream. Obviously this doesn't mean that
we shouldn't do it on the forum and we will try to do both in the
future.
