Teamplay discouraged...

Ph3lan: This thread is an interesting read and shows pretty well that "teamplay" can mean a lot of different things to different people. Ultimately I think that whatever guarantees the win of the team contributes to teamplay in random games. Some people achieve this by working together with with others actively, using the chat to coordinate while others use their individual skills to try and achieve victory, I would say that the most successful ones probably use the combination of the two. The problems start when someone thinks that their way of teamplay is the only way. Platoons, Clan wars and competitive play is a completely different story of course.
