@ Community managers, a request regarding patch 9.20

Ph3lan: Hey guys!   Unfortunately I won't be able to give you an exact date on this (plans can change and then people will be disappointed), however... You guys already know that the change will happen when the patch hits. The common test of 9.20 started on the 3rd of August if I recall correctly. If you look back at major patches in the past it usually takes four weeks for the patch to hit the live servers after the common test starts. If there are major issues this time frame can be longer but it is unlikely to get shorter.   Now, I'll leave the math for you to work out I know this is not the "guarantee" you were looking for, but I guess it will be a pretty accurate guestimation.
