Marks of Excellence in 30v30 mode

Ph3lan: Hey all!   Based on the feedback we received from some our contributors and you guys we have revised the rules for Marks of Excellence. From Common Test Iteration 3 onward, you will only be able to accumulate damage towards in them in regular random battles. Ranked battles and epic random battles will no longer be counted! I hope this dispels your concerns about the mark
