For some perspective - US forum a week after the patch

Ph3lan: Update about forum moderation:
  I took a look at the topics that were locked and I think our moderators did a pretty good job trying to keep the forum clean and funneling the feedback into the already existing threads. That being said I instructed them to apply a bit lighter touch to ensure that you guys don't feel restricted in any way. Still, I would advise everyone to use the already existing feedback threads and ongoing threads about the Update unless they want to discuss a completely new topic.
