Here you can clearly see that those 3 tanks aside the grille, have the worst winrate and worst wn8....

Ph3lan: No one said that the those tanks are OP, however they can be
quite "ant-fun" for both the player using them and the player
getting shot by them. The idea is to lower their alpha and increase
their reload to retain the dpm. By doing that they should become
less frustrating to play and play against.
