So, you want to know what WG thinks about this community?

Ph3lan:   Naming and shaming was only one of many rule violations in the thread. The guys creating clone threads and the people posting racist, offensive etc posts in those topics are also clearly violating the forum rules and they will receive the appropriate punishment. Interestingly these same people are the most vocal about punishing the cheater in question. As I explained in the clan section, there are ways to report cheating in the game (creating a support ticket), naming and shaming and creating forum topics about it is not the way to go.
