28-11-16 Micropatch info

Дата: 29.11.2016 16:42:02
Ph3lan: Hey guys!   Yesterday we had a small micropatch on the test server and here is what it contained:   Vehicle changes ·        Strv_103_0 Time needed to switch to the Siege mode is reduced from 2.5 s to 2 s; time needed to switch to the Travel mode is reduced from 2.5 s to 1.25 s. Reload time does not depend on the mode anymore. Dispersion at 100 m in the Siege mode is increased from 0.2 to 0.3. Reload time does not depend on the mode anymore and equals 9 s for the 10,5 cm kan strv 103 L/51 and 10,5 cm kan strv 103 L/62 guns. Dispersion after firing is increased from 3 to 18. Gun (vehicle) elevation speed is increased from 5 to 7.5 deg/s. Vehicle speed (including reverse speed) in the Siege mode is increased from 3 to 10 km/h.   ·        Strv_103B Time needed to switch to the Siege mode is reduced from 2.5 s to 2 s; time needed to switch to the Travel mode is reduced from 2.5 s to 1.25 s. Reload time does not depend on the mode anymore. Dispersion at 100 m in the Siege mode is increased from 0.15 to 0.25. Reload time does not depend on the mode anymore and equals 7.7 s. Dispersion after firing is increased from 3 to 18.  Gun (vehicle) elevation speed is increased from 5 to 7.5 deg/s. Vehicle speed (including reverse speed) in the Siege mode is increased from 5 to 10 km/h.   Overmatch mechanics   Based on your input from the 1st Common Test, we decided to cancel this feature. Initially, we planned to revise the ricochet and overmatch mechanics for all vehicles. However, tests showed that it will cause increased ricochets on thinly armored tanks (the IS-3, IS-4, etc.) that used to be generally bad at angling. This disrupted gameplay overall (a lot more ricochets where chances of them used to be zero), which you reported to us during the Common Test. We analyzed your feedback and decided to stick to the old, time-proven mechanic for all vehicles including the tier VIII–X Swedish tank destroyers.
