it doesn't take player skill into account. In my
experience "imbalanced" games can go both ways, sometime
you win easily, sometime you lose easily, but the majority of games
are actually closer to "balanced". However, we (I
include myself, because I blame RNG just as much as a everyone
else) tend to remember the outlying cases way more, especially the
bad ones. So 10 balanced games out of 23,000 seems to be a
"slight" hyperbole to me
