tank stat changes as granted. The first iteration of the SB is more
about the changes to the roles of the different tank classes
on the battlefield and the individual stat changes are there to
make those new roles happen. However, at this point I think they
should be considered only "broad strokes" trying to balance whole
classes or groups of vehicle instead of individual ones.
