WoT Public Test 9.14 'Failed To Connect To Server'

Ph3lan: Hi Guys!   As you have probably noticed the test server is up and running again. Please be aware that there might still be some stability issues, but the developers are working on ironing those out and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from now on and we can test the awesome new physics and sounds without any more problems.
