I my self didnt need the solution. Before 7.4 my notebook (Toshiba Core i5 2,4GHz CPU, with 4GB ram and Nvidia GeForce 520M runing 64bit Win7) ran on high details with about 30FPS. After patch 7.4 i droped to 20FPS,but regained the 30FPs by lowering the settings to medium...

Overlord: There will be a number of system/architectural changes of the game client in 8.0, and we can expect certain improvements, including the aforementioned issue.
