In 7.4 test1,2 we have a option to enable server aim permanently, but it removes local aim from screen. We must choose between local or server aim.
But, server aim like is now in 7.4 test1,2 is almost useless if you have higher ping, in same way local aim in 7.3 is, it behaves too erratically in sniper mode.
So again, I would kindly ask you to leave “Caps Lock + 0” in game as an option to fixed “Use server aim”.
