The appearance of the tree preferred by the bunch I dared to speak for (also apparently shared by the Italians) is part of a broad "Minor Nations" folder containing a series of separate nation trees. Each of those trees would contain a community-built progression path based as closely on historical data as possible without impacting the game's state of affairs.
