I have purposefuly not included the Tier Xs as giving a date to those designs would be very hard. The first Leopard 1 to enter service was in 1965, making it roughly 10 years more modern than the other tanks therefore making it unsuited for WoT. Introducing the Leopard 1 would also require the M60, Chieftain and similar tanks to be introduced....
PS: That does not mean that I would not love to have one due to it's looks
